How do I check the status of an order?                                                             

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get notification with your tracking information.

How fast is shipping & fulfillment?                                                                             

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped - please allow a couple of days for processing once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 20 - 60 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is  always to ship it out to you as quick as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that you order has been packed within 5 business days .!

We offer a flat shipping rate of $26 USD to Canada and a flat shipping rate of $28 USD to United States....Australia Shipping rates $28....United Kingdom  Shipping rates $28.....Rest of the World Shipping rates $35

• What if my parcel is lost in the mail ?

It would be good for you to get in touch with your local post office to try to locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if the tracking order states that your order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case any replacements would have to be at your expense.

 My order shows it was returned to sender what's going on?!

If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed , shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.

New shipping charges will be applied to orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.

How do I cancel my order ?

If you need to cancel or change your order please CONTACT US immediately. Once our Warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent.

RETURNS

I changed my mind , I no longer want our awesome product

We do not currently offer refunds but can provide product replacement

For defective products all claims must be submitted no later than 7 Calendar days after the estimated delivery date.

  What our Policy Covers

Wrong address if you provide an address that is considered insufficient to the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

I accidentally put the wrong address/product What do I do now?

Send a message to crowsandshinythings@outlook.com  ASAP if it has not been prepared for shipping the address can still be changed. If you have only realized after it has been shipped, unfortunately you will liable for shipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with you

Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate. This rarely happens but in the event that it does, you will be notified shortly after placing your order and you will be refunded for the payment amount.
